Service we want

Treat the other fellow as we would like to be treated. That just about wraps our attitude toward the people we'll be serving. The customer is always king. He or she is always right. You know the kind of service you like to have from people behind a counter. That's the kind of service we want you to offer to the customers. You are going to determine whether this Unit is successful or not. 'It' will be as successful as you permit it to be.

There's an old saying around the office, "The Unit Operator attracts the kind of people that he deserves to have. If he deserves to have lousy employees, he gets lousy employees; if he deserves good people, he attracts good people."
